I promise you can find a person to make your 10 minutes project by 10$! as a client you’ll be happy with paying less BUT you will get 5% of what you want! you can just go and try. If you want to work on those sites with freelancers because they guarantee payments and project handover, select your freelancer out of these sites, and for doing the project use the site. (I’ll be happy to hear about your experience with freelancers in the comments)
3- Animation studios like all you can find on the web. All the studios have a plan to make a project for you like us. we tried to help you make your project within any budget. at first, we talk about the production process with our clients and check everything. then if both sides are satisfied, we’ll start the project.
How much should you pay for an explainer video?!
I want to answer this question once time forever! these kinds of projects (art projects) aren’t a product or fixed services.
When you want get in to explainer video production process, there are lots of variables that make the final budget of your project like:
- Quality of your project
- Deadlines
- Number of backgrounds
- Number of characters
- character design OR pre-made characters
- Duration of your project
- Style of your project

How many days does it take to make an explainer video?
The production of explainer videos totally depends on your project, but a minimum of 2 days (for each minute) and maximum of 15 days are needed.
All of the projects have a final deadline. the final deadline can be divided into some small deadlines. for example, we can consider a deadline for these steps:
- Script
- Storyboard
- Animate
- Mix
Be aware that every project has its unique deadlines. we as a producer and you as a client will agree on deadlines while signing online contracts. deadlines have nice benefits for both producers and clients.
There are 2 types of deadlines.
- Producers predict a period to deliver a project based on the production process.
- The client wants the project earlier than the predicted deadline by the producer. here additional charges can happen for the client. (based on agreement)
Should you write your script yourself?
Studios usually get paid for writing a good script for your idea or message because they should hire someone for that!
For any reason (project style, budget and etc) you can write your own script and deliver it to studios to make your project based on that. but studies show that if a studio writes the script itself, the result we’ll be more satisfying.
